Overview
Filtering oil prior to dispensing into equipment is critical to meet the ISO cleanliness specifications demanded by today’s OEMs. Donaldson Bulk hP filters provide high efficiency filtration in a single pass at working pressures up to 69 bar / 1000 psi. Service shops use high pressure pumps to force oil through long lengths of piping and hose reels prior to dispensing into equipment. Donaldson Bulk hP filters remove contaminants delivered in oil and picked up in storage or delivery lines during final transfer. They ensure the required ISO cleanliness level is met every time.

Service
Service filter when flow slows or predetermined differential pressure is reached (varies based on pump spec, system dP, and clean filter dP).
1. Isolate filter and relieve pressure prior to servicing
2. Loosen filter by rotating counter clockwise using strap-wrench
3. Install clean filter by rotating clockwise, using strap-wrench to tighten
4. Dispose of used filter appropriately
