Donaldson Torit® offers a wide range of electrical control systems for your dust collector. Electrical controller systems allow dust collector operators to automate processes like pressure drop measurement, fan & motor speed and pulse-cleaning timers.
The C100 controller is used to control 24 VDC solenoid valves on dust collectors with compressed air cleaning. In its basic version, a maximum of 6 pilot valves can be connected to the device. By plugging in an extension card, 6 additional valve outputs can be added. Additionally, the C100 valve outputs can be extended by using VCU modules or Valve Control Units. VCU modules with 6 or 12 outputs are available and are connected to the Bus interface of the C100 controller. Once connected to the power supply, the C100 controller operates automatically and independently.

The C200 is equipped with the latest processor and data transfer technology to ensure easy, smart and functional operation. The Donaldson C200 series are solid-state products providing pressure drop measurement, digital display, and pressure drop control with an alarm function. Designed to provide accurate and dependable control of a pulse-cleaning timer, starting and stopping the cleaning process at the limits you choose.
This controller is already set up with default settings and can be used as a plug and play device. Please contact our Donaldson trained personnel for optimal alignment of the cleaning system with your specific application. Once connected to the power supply, the C200 controller operates automatically and independently.
Used with Donaldson Torit C200 and C300 series controllers, the Powerbox lets you automatically manage fan motor speed for your Donaldson Torit dust collector so that the fan is used only as much or as little as needed for optimum performance. The results are energy savings, longer filter life, and optimal collector performance.
